Hi there, I am Dr Aliza Danish, an Anesthetist who has spent 38 years of my life in pursuit of a balanced life. Over all these years I have realized that true healing isn’t about taking regular medicine or visiting your physician; change begins within yourself. One should start By cultivating habits that can improve physical and emotional well-being.
